Katy Autism Awareness Day

Games, Food, Drinks, Exhibitors, Music, and More!

Live entertainment will be provided by:

The Lost Dogz, a gifted mixed group of young
people, with autism and without,
between the ages of 15-18.

Lost in Tyme, a local club and show band
playing tunes from the  50’s thru the 80’s.

Refreshments will be available.  Food can be purchased. Served by Vida Loca.



We have been working steadily since acquiring our new property. Please see Beginnings for picture updates.

We are also happy to announce that we will be attending the Katy Autism Awareness Day as a first public fundraiser.  Many more to follow!

Our booth will provide information on development as well as ways you can support AnamCara.

We have Easter Treats for sale as well as items from Avalonblue  providing - naturally dyed t-shirts, baby onesies and more! a raffle perhaps?

For those who did not know - This day was part of a National Campaign for Autism Awareness. April 2, 2009 was officially this year's celebration - with the entire Month of April set aside to expand understanding of this growing  issue. Thanks to all who made this day possible!

Our Fall Fundraiser was a huge success!!
We were able to meet out goal to repair the septic system and to repair the AC which broke the day of the event!
